I have experienced poor customer service multiple of times, unhelpful material information and on two accounts I have had to chase up my orders and was personally blamed for one of them but on calling again found out it was their miscommunication between Doncaster and Exeter departments. However, that being said, they do have competitive princes.

I had the worst day ever yesterday, it was one awful thing after another, and yesterday I had booked an afternoon off work to do the drive for over an HR to get to them to get the clay I wanted. I was late, arriving only ten minutes before they closed, and they needed to go home, but hung a few more minutes to be nice to me and sell me the bits I needed.

So helpful, even though I kept forgetting things and going back! Will definitely use again

The Best, most friendly and authoritative suppliers - and I , as a University tech have dealt with most. Prices have jumped a little painfully; to an extent, that's the modern world but they must watch this to remain competitive. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Can't do enough for you.
