The driver left my package (41902980026866) about 200 yards from my property by a neighbours post box on a communal farm track very close to the road. The driver had the nerve to note that the package was signed for when it wasn't!! I was only aware of delivery by checking the online tracker so was able to alert my wife who was at home. As she went to collect it, our Teign Valley postman had seen it and was bringing it up to our property. If I hadn't checked online or if the postman hadn't come the package could have so easily gone "missing". Also, it was very lucky that it wasn't raining. Employ drivers that give a damn and don't lie and/or don't overload them. Edit 03/01/24. IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! This time a rug left by the same neighbours post box on a rainy day and the driver still said that we had SIGNED FOR IT when neither my wife or myself were at home regardless of it being left on a farm track a couple of hundred yards from our property! Luckily we have decent neighbours and one of them took it up to our porch.

My parcel has been out in the van four times yet has failed to be delivered on each account. DHL repeatedly fail to provide the service that I pay for. Even staff shortages don't explain how it still ends up out for delivery yet never makes it to my door.

The delivery driver arrived early so was usable to deliver. A heavy load to the middle of nowhere. Think about the environmental costs. Plus the lost income for others. Selfish sociopathic organisations completely lacking in compassion.

They tried to deliver a parcel 2 days early without email letting me know. Obviously I missed it. You can't speak to a person to re arranged/pick up from local depot as options I require were not available on the website. No calling card left by driver, just picture of my door! I received an email saying I'd missed the driver but no email letting me know it was going to be delivered. Your automation is terrible! I would never recommend using this company. DPD are much more reliable, never miss a parcel.

ZERO STARS. PACKAGE DUMPED IN RECYCLING BIN. Lazy shoddy service. The delivery person did NOT try and deliver my package to me - a signature is required- I was waiting at my door as I saw his van pull up but instead of knocking on the door and delivering it into my porch he has dumped the package inside my recycling bin on top of the rubbish. If I had not found it, it would have been taken away by the bin men. What kind of disgusting postal service is this? Complete disrespect for people’s belongings

Avoid DHL Exeter! Driver refused to deliver parcels to my address for 5 days on the trot.. Depot staff insisting they would arrive each day.. Cost to me the customer £500.. result from DHL driver for Exmouth area.. refuse to take any parcels to this address again! Manager says - they are self employed, I can't tell them what to do?!? Don't risk using DHL!

not even worth one star... poor service can't get through on phone.. had two packages sent from the same supplier and as one is over one meter in length has too be apparently manually handled and always gets forgotten (driver told me this) had paid for a Saturday so just one package arrived Saturday, delivery now not even going to receive Monday now its Tuesday possibly thanks ! £300 worth of goods for a disabled customer who now thinks I'm i haven't even ordered it! so now going to waste a journey to the customer to apologise again and show them proof of delays on your app!!! thanks again DHL YOU HAVE NOW DONE THIS 4 OUT OF 5 DELIVERIES! will be ordering from a different supplier that uses fed ex or dpd!

Driver failed to attempt delivery in the time frame. Instead marked as can't locate address from 5.6 miles away in a Morrisons car park 3 hours after delivery window. When speak to customer services they confirm address was right. Managed to get out of them the driver was just being lazy wanted a half day. Sounds about right parcel was needed first thing tomorrow morning.

zero stars. No one at home all days so I wanted collect my parcel from service point in Exeter ( is shop open up to 22). First day I got email that parcel is out for delivery,all day with courier and parcel back to depot. Saturday the same situation. Notice is that courier was unable to find address. This is servis point set by DHL. Ridiculous. I don't live in Exeter so if on Monday parcel get there I have to go 25 miles to collect it. Today is Monday and still no information that my parcel is ready to collection. There isn't number to speak real people about it. DHL stop reply the same message to all. I sent query and email today to DHL and parcel is still at depot.

Don't allow you to collect a parcel that is at the depot. Always take 20/30 minutes to get your parcel even when they do have it there. Absolute joke of a place, will need to actively avoid anyone who uses DHL as a carrier, they make it so difficult and place so many unnecessary hoops in the way of you getting your ordered items. This company is not fit to operate in 2023.
