Absolutely disgustingly bad service. 2 parcels not even delivered to the correct address. Cannot find them. The delivery driver even signed for them himself as it was our name but not our signature. Don't know where he delivered them. Cannot speak to a human. Cannot contact local depot to find out where exactly the driver decided to leave them as there is only a national number to speak to a computer. Live chat go through a script and protocol giving case numbers and then not following it up. We are expected to pay for this!!!

Worst company to deal with, driver didn't even attempt to deliver wife was home and he just posted the card through the wrong door instead of the correct address. Raised it with them and basically got shrugged shoulders. How anyone can use them is beyond me

Absolutely useless company to deal with , cant contact them in any way at all. Driver tried to deliver my large parcel , since no one home he then left card saying that he'd return the day after at 5pm .. which he did but at 1pm instead and of course no one home , so he left another card and saying that final attempt & parcel will get return to sender. There's no way to reach any of this company customer service at all , their phone service options are useless too. never again using this postal company !

No stars whatsoever but I have to give them something or it doesn’t get posted … absolutely shocking, left note on door, they have my mobile number…. Apparently they have tried 3 times before to deliver but no card through letterbox saying they have, so gave them my number for them to deliver today, and still no show… Diabolical service

I have just spoke with Aidan at Exeter branch and he was really helpful and efficient, he managed to arrange collection of my parcel within half an hour. Well done Aidan, you are a star! And also the very friendly driver with a beard (sorry didn't get your name)

Just got an email saying parcels delivered 21/11/21 at 12 noon signed by NN, nothing to do with me, it was so frustrating wondering where my parcel was. I contacted FED EX and spoke to a very helpful lady called Louise. She read out the address they had for the parcel and it was not my address? so they did delivery it to the correct address according to the information they had. I had a message from the company that shipped the parcel that it had been delivered to me. They sent it to the wrong person. Thankfully with FEDEX`S knowledge it was sorted out Thank you

Fed ex attempted to deliver my package on 1st October when I was at work, when I attempted to get it redelivered their website says 'too many requests have been made for this package, please contact customer service', so they make it impossible to rearrange the delivery, despite the fact most people work Monday to Fridays. Every time I ring customer service (for which there are 3 phone numbers) I'm on hold for about 20 minutes and then they hang up on me. The live chat assistant keeps directing me to the redelivery page, which FedEx doesnt let you access anyway. They're complete cowboys and it's unacceptable as I paid £20 for express shipping. They attempted delivery again today whilst I was in work, and now I can't track the package as it's 'in transit'. I've now requested a refund from the company I bought the dress from.. absolute cowboys, avoid FedEx at all costs

Terrible! Requested a redelivery to a collection point as I’m at work all week and nobody will be home to take delivery.Instead of delivering my parcel to the collection point they tried to redeliver to my home address! The the next day I apparently refused to take delivery! I’ve now had to start a claim through FedEx as my parcel is stuck there yet I cannot get a redelivery or even go and pick up the parcel myself! Will I ever receive the parcel I doubt it! Bunch of cowboys and customer service is non existent AVOID!

Dropped off parcel personally 30.12.20 (40 mile round trip) because they changed the collection date to 31.12.20 without notifying me and needed it delivered before brexit. Telephone agents useless. Couldn't get them to give me the address of the depot until I was put through to the London office. London office said they would take my complaint but never had the decency to call me back as promised. They then failed to ship for 5 days. Sadly they have lost the plot.

Waited in and saw driver drive by my house given I live in the country someone tried calling on a withheld number and left no message and never stopped The message was incorrect address! Don’t think so If you are are a delivery business I suggest a reasonable attempt is made to do so Also address was wrong but postcode was correct so fedex system is wrong for generating correct delivery details having given the correct details initially I now have to do a 70 mile round trip to collect Ridiculous business
