There are many professional companies out there but what stands them out from the crowd is the attention to detail in customer service. All timescales and milestone points through the project were communicated to manage expectation. Giving realistic time frames and keeping to plans seemed of high importance. However at no point did the job feel rushed or squeezed in. Our project appeared as important to just wood furniture as it was to us. When investing in a piece of bespoke furniture it is easy for cost to run away. Just wood furniture provided an itemised quote accompanying a variety of CAD drawings to help decide how to manage the budget and what impact that might have on the over all look or function of the finished product. Chris and Tom worked respectfully and professionally, creating as little impact on home life during their visits. Their work was clean and tidy and to a very high standard. We are so pleased with the finished product. The attention to detail in the finishing touches make it a really special piece of furniture which we hope to enjoy for years to come.
