After spending a few months looking for a decent van, I was recommended to Steve/Cooler Commercials and there ended my search! The first call with Steve had me in laughing fits amongst the serious stuff of what I was looking for. With a pretty hefty list of “wants” and not expecting to have to compromise, not even two weeks later I had a call from Steve as he’d found my unicorn van (high line factory Kombi, 150, DSG, twin slider, tailgate, with all the gadgets)! Absolutely fantastic experience, after several months of looking for a t5 to convert in to a camper I visited cooler commercials. Steve was really helpful and there was no pressure at all. I recently purchased a T6.1 Transporter through Steve, I have to say he is an absolute gem of a bloke. The first thing he asked was what are you looking for and essentially he built my dream day van based on my ideas (he also reigned me in on a few things thankfully!) Cooler Commercials found me a Fiat 500 Twin Air. I had looked at a few of these cars before but the one that they had was in great shape and a beautifully presented example. Steve was friendly and helpful without ever being pushy or applying any pressure. I was given plenty of time to look the vehicle over and also given plenty of Steve's time to ensure that the car buying experience was a pleasure. The Twin Air engine is every bit as good as I had hoped it would be. I have been enjoying driving the car so much that it has taken me a few weeks to come back and write a review. I cant reccomend this company enough. From the minute I got in contact with the owner Steve, he gave so much information about a van I was interested in and followed up as promised with photos and videos of the van. When I went to view the van for the first time I was met by a a friendly person who felt more like a friend than your typical hard sells man. I found the whole process so at ease and there was zero pressure on trying to push me to buy the van and that made it all so better. From putting a deposit down and waiting for collection, Steve was in regular contact with me with updates and I cant stress enough just how great this company is.
