Had my embroidery machine serviced today by Active Southwest. They came to my house in Cornwall and gave it a full service at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

Exceedingly pleased with the result of the service of my Stellaire XE1. The engineer spent a considerable time on the machine. I didn't realise how 'scratchy' my machine sounded prior to the service. It now feels like new! Have already put in the calendar a reminder to book the next one. Thank you

My Bernina sewing machine was originally my mother's and I don't think it had ever been serviced! I have been using it for a few years as well and it was sounding a bit "clunky". I organised sewing machine servicing for our stitchers group. From first contact Nicki was really helpful and informative. They were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We all got individual feedback on our machines. I used mine the same night and I can’t believe the difference. Would recommend and I will certainly use again. Well worth the price and convenience being without my machine for an hour and not having to lug it anywhere.

Alas, my elderly machine was beyond repair due to the unavailability of parts, but I can't fault the company. Great communication, very pleasant and informative engineer and good timekeeping. I've added them to my address book and will recommend them.
