Terrible service, you get put through to parts and they never answer, most of the time you wait 5-10 mins on ring then they just hang up.

Called regarding a small query with my citan van, spoke to PETE who was incredibly helpful, super efficient and really nice, thank you city commercials, when my van needs some work doing or servicing, I'm coming back.

I think I have more luck winning the lotto than them answering my call. Tried 16 times over 5 days and even went in person to the location and said someone will get back to me. Nothing yet. This is not the first time

Absolutely terrible service and the way they treat customers is appalling. I walked in to buy a couple of Mercedes parts, as I walked into the reception not one of the 3 staff even acknowledged that I was there and continued to chat to each other. It was only when I took one step of the "do not cross" line that I was rudely snapped at by one of the members of staff. I was told someone would be out shortly to see what parts I needed. 20 minutes passed and not once did one of the members of staff even engage in conversation with me while I waited. Overall I was left waiting for over 30 minutes until I received the parts I wanted. Customer service is absolutely terrible but the staff wouldn’t notice because they are too up themselves to even care. I could probably get better customer service out of a stone... Will be avoiding in the future!

Polite but come across like they are in no rush I was booked in for 9-9.30 to have a repayment wind mirror an hour later after the hire company HD approved repairs I was still waiting for a technician to start work. If your in no rush this is the place
