We had a lovely weekend in Poppies Cottage with our 2 dogs .Great little cottage with enclosed patio and wonderful hot tub .We hope to return next year.

Hi ,I stayed in Garden view cottage ,Brookland Farm,Woodbury Salterton.Devon.Its a lovely cottage with a lot of character.it all so has a very lovely ,large sunroom with a pretty enclosed garden. Ben and Katherine were perfect hosts so nice ,helpful and nothing was too much trouble.You couldn't ask for better hosts. It's pretty central to Exeter and the beaches aren't far away.

What a beautiful and quirky place to stay at Garden View with its beautiful exposed beams and cute little entrance to the master en suite. The kitchen is fully equipt with a big fridge freezer. The beds were very comfortable and the lovely hosts were very kind and understanding with giving us waterproof bed protectors for our children along with high chair and cot. The dog was very happy and the garden was completely enclosed. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. It’s a lovely place to relax and unwind and in reach of some great places including Greendale and Darts Farm. Katharyn and Ben are such great hosts who will bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here

We stayed at Brooklands cottages. We loved poppies cottage it was bright ,colourful and airy and had lovely raised ceilings ,all on the ground floor, It had everything we needed and had lovely walks for our dog and had a lovley courtyard garden with a hot tub . We were near the moorland and the beaches and local shops . The Owners Katharyn and Ben were lovely, very friendly. We would highly recomend Brooklands Farm Cottages.And would love to come back again.Thanks for a wonderful stay. Sue, Simon and Archie.

Just returned from a last minute booking to stay at Poppies. The cottage is small but perfectly formed and equipped. We are a family of two children (9 & 12), 2 adults and a cockapoo. All throughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the cottage perfect for explore some of the most lovely parts of Devon. Katharyn and Ben (Freddie & boys) were all very welcoming and helpful in suggesting places to visit. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Our family stayed in all three cottages over the past 5 days, we had a lovely stay. The hosts are really sweet and accommodating, leaving toys for our 2 year old. Cottages were lovely and clean - would stay again! Xx

We had a fantastic stay at Garden View Cottage, a truly amazing cottage with lovely traditional features. The cottage was perfectly presented, clean and tidy. Ben, Katheryn and their three boys were so welcoming and gave us some brilliant tips on the area and places to see. The accommodation Is in a fab location and within easy reach of villages, the beach and Exeter centre. The cottage is lovely, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice touch and great to get in after a day of sightseeing. Thanks for the milk and wine and for all your help we are very grateful!

Amazing hosts, incredibly friendly and very accommodating! The cottage was lovely, rustic with a mix of modern perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing time away! Close to the beach and very quiet location, the hot tub is top tier as well. We will certainly be back and highly recommend people stay here! Most importantly they're dog friendly ❤️

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in the Garden View Cottage. The hosts were really welcoming and even left some nice treats for us on arrival which was a really nice touch. They couldn't do enough for us! The cottage was spacious with lovely character and immaculately clean! The hot tub was perfect in the garden setting. We would definitely recommend this cottage! We stayed during our wedding weekend and it was the ideal place for getting ready plus enjoying some quality time together relaxing as newly weds. We will definitely will be back soon.
