My wife recently contacted the surgery and had a response incredibly quickly from one of the several fantastic doctors at Woodbury. The flexibility of text messaging is great for us as we often don’t have time for a phone call and definitely wouldn’t be able to come into the practice. I dropped in to pick up her prescription today and was served instantly at the dispensary. You don’t get that sort of service in a pharmacy. I just wish there weren’t such ridiculous rules around dispensaries so that more people could benefit from them. Thank you very much for running such an efficient service despite how general practice is treated by our government and media.

Can never get your medication. I gave up and suffer in (mostly) silence now.

They must be having a clear out of there patients as we had the same letter saying we had sent to may emails 🤣 they can write a letter to tell you that you are no longer welcome at there surgery but cant do referrals or a letter when you are charged for it anyway !! Disgusting attitudes and awful surgery

Have been very kind and supportive for the most part, which, particularly given the pressure and constraints they must be working with, I am incredibly grateful for.

I have to say how very grateful I am to the staff and the Dr that so kindly seen my husband during our stay near by when he was taken poorly during our holiday. Briefly we rang 111 during the evening of the day before we were seen here and eventually sent to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital at 1.15am to be totally ignored by the staff there and to sit for about 3 hours and the wait time increased to 10hrs before being seen, needless to say we left the hospital and after a bad night I rang to ask if there was anyone who could see my husband as a temporary patient, I was told to bring him in and within 1 hour he had been seen diagnosed and given anti biotics which he so badly needed. We have now returned home and my husband is now so much better and we both feel that it is thanks to the care and help he was given by everyone at this surgery, considering the 111 Dr told us he would have sepis by the morning if we weren't seen I cannot express my gratitude to you all enough. SO THANK YOU EVERYONE xxx

I had one of my infrequent telephone consultations today and was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the clinician. She listened to my problems and we had an adult conversation where she explained my condition and its risks, giving me options to consider. We agreed on a course of action and I left the conversation feeling very satisfied with the service. I have nothing but praise for this practice

We were on holiday at the time of needing help for a family member, the receptionist was so helpful and it was so nice to be treated so well especially seeing as this isn’t our home surgery. Being set up as a temporary patient our family members situation was explained and they listened and helped quickly, they managed to get an appointment sorted swiftly and the doctor was very good too. Could of been happier with the service received, thank you!

In spite of computerising there seems to be much headless-chicken type of activity in this surgery. A phone call will divert you to sickly-sweet voices including that of your own GP. Then you hang on for a while listening to treacly messages telling you to get on-line which involves paper form-filling! Thankfully, there is no canned music being played on the phone line, but in my head it always plays the "Dies Irae".
